The Pembrokeshire Housing Association scheme in St Clement’s Road is progressing well. There will be four one-bed flats and one two-bed unit. The investment is around £400,000 and local housing applicants will be given preference. When it is remembered how this was an overgrown mess, a dumping ground, this scheme is an excellent regeneration project tidying up the area which will provide housing for local people.
