The Milford Haven Town Band provided the music in their usual excellent style. The vicar Alan Chadwick officiated. Perhaps the best turnout Neyland has seen for many years with a particularly strong contingent from Brawdy. The list of wreaths and Kohima address were spoken by barry John. The Mayor of Neyland Councillor Simon Hancock JP led the town’s commemoration in this the centenary year of the outbreak of the First World War.
After the service Mr Brian Rothero of the Club put on an excellent spread for the soldiers, young people and guests.
