Neyland Yacht Haven has launched a new Haven Pod cabin-style lodge which takes the phrase “waterfront accommodation” to a new level.
The cabin-style lodge floats on the water in the marina surrounding by boats and the stunning Pembrokeshire National Park. The eco-friendly cabin, which sleeps two adults and two children, is built from ethically-sourced balau and cedar wood, floating on up-cycled pontoons and finished with Fair Trade products.
The pod itself has all the amenities families would need from a self-catered accommodation including a kitchenette and kitchen essentials, a dining table and chairs, TV, sofa, Wi-Fi and a stunning private terrace.
Marina Manager James Cotton described his delight at the opening of the Haven Pod saying, “It has been a six month project from start to finish so it is a great to see the eco-friendly lodge open for guests. The appearance of the cabin is very unique so we’ve had a lot of curious onlookers while the finishing touches have been made!”
The Haven Pod is open for bookings with prices per night starting from £60 during the summer months. For more information, visit www.yachthavens.com/neyland or call 01646 601601.
